Factor income is income derived from selling the services of factors of production. In the case of labour, this means wages, plus the part of the incomes of the self-employed which is a reward for their own labour. Income from land is rents, including part of the incomes of the self-employed, and part of the imputed incomes of owner-occupiers of houses. Incomes from capital and entrepreneurship are received as dividends, interest, the retained profits of companies and the part of the incomes of the self-employed which is a return on their own capital and entrepreneurship..
Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. The perception of success of such interactions is dependent on employees "who can adjust themselves to the personality of the guest". Customer service is also often referred to when describing the culture of the organization. It concerns the priority an organization assigns to customer service relative to components such as product innovation and pricing. In this sense, an organization that values good customer service may spend more money in training employees than the average organization, or may proactively interview customers for feedback.
From the point of view of an overall sales process engineering effort, customer service plays an important role in an organization's ability to generate income and revenue. From that perspective, customer service should be included as part of an overall approach to systematic improvement. One good customer service experience can change the entire perception a customer holds towards the organization.
In chemical kinetics, the pre-exponential factor or A factor is the pre-exponential constant in the Arrhenius equation, an empirical relationship between temperature and rate coefficient. It is usually designated by A when determined from experiment, while Z is usually left for collision frequency.
For a first-order reaction, it has units of s−1. For that reason, it is often called frequency factor.
The frequency factor, A, depends on how often molecules collide when all concentrations are 1 mol/L and on whether the molecules are properly oriented when they collide.
Values of A for some reactions can be found in here.

She insisted that with the mushrooming of salons and spas across India, the demand for high quality maintenance is a must, but hospitality is equally essential. It’s generally agreed that the role of people in a contact centre will increasingly become one of problem-solving; dealing with more complex enquiries and transactions. But while the overall pattern is accepted, the implications of it for organisations and customer service advisors have not been widely explored. With this in mind, Kura commissioned Ember Services to produce “The People Factor“, a new report to understand the future nature of work in customer service. Kura’s Director of Commercial, Arceeb Moughal was joined by Ember Service’s Director, Mike Havard as they took a deep dive into the outcomes of this report.
Recorded at SpringOne2GX 2015 Speaker: Cornelia Davis Slides: http://www.slideshare.net/SpringCentral/12-factor-cloud-native-apps-for-spring-developers The third platform, characterized by a fluid infrastructure where virtualized servers come into and out of existence, and workloads are constantly being moved about and scaled up and down to meet variable demand, calls for new design patterns, processes and even culture. One of the most well known descriptions of these new paradigms is the Twelve Factor App (12factor.net), which describes elements of cloud native applications. Many of these needs are squarely met through the Spring Framework, others require support from other systems. In this session we will examine each of the twelve factors and present how Spring, and platforms such as Cl...

The buzz around PASS and Serverless: easy scaling of your server side code, removing worries about provisioning the VMs your code runs on comes from helping developers move fast from code to running services. But how do you design apps that can run in those environments, and be easily ported to self-hosting when that day comes? The Twelve-Factor App methodology (https://12factor.net/), created by engineers with experience of delivering apps on Heroku, is a "recipe for success" when authoring code for these environments. In this presentation we will look at what the Twelve-Factor App methodology is, and demonstrate how to meet its requirements when creating .NET applications. We will show examples with Service Fabric and Azure Functions, and look at their evolution into self-hosted .NET Cor...
